A very rare breed of gecko that thrives ib the Bromelid plant. The Pitcairnia bergii is endemic to Ecuador (nowhere near Pitcairn island), where it is known from only two subpopulations in El Oro Province. It grows in the forests of the lower Ande. The geckos love it.
